| All defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Focus Point Holdings Berhad dated 30 June 2010. Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 30 June 2010 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 15 July 2010, subject to any extension of the closing date and time as the Directors and OSK Investment Bank Berhad, being the Underwriter, may mutually decide, at their absolute discretion. In the event the closing date of the application for the IPO is extended, the Company will advertise a notice of the extension in a widely-circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia newspaper prior to the original closing date of applications for the IPO. Following this, the dates for the balloting of applications for the Public Issue Shares, allotment of the Public Issue Shares and Listing would be extended accordingly.
