The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of Focus Point on the following proposals:-
(1) Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate. (2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate.
A Circular/Statement to shareholders in relation to the above will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
