We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 9 December 2010, 13 December 2010 and 15 December 2010 with regards to the Acquisitions. The definitions referred to herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Acquisitions have been completed with the payment of the Balance Purchase Considerations to Imperial Optics (K.K.) Sdn Bhd and One Borneo Optics Sdn Bhd respectively on 9 February 2011.
