We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 6 May 2022, 5 August 2022, 11 November 2022 and 20 December 2022 in relation to the Transfer. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has approved the Transfer, under the "Consumer Products & Services" sector, via its letter dated 27 December 2022.
The Transfer will take effect immediately 2 market days upon the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
