We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 6 May 2022, 5 August 2022, 11 November 2022, 20 December 2022, 27 December 2022 and 30 December 2022 in relation to the Transfer. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital of Focus Point has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 5 January 2023, marking the completion of the Transfer.
