On the date of this announcement, the Board of Directors is pleased to declare a first interim dividend of 1.5 sen per share, tax exempt under the single tier tax system amounting to RM2,475,000.00 in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2010.

The Book Closure and Payment Date in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be determined by the Directors at a later date and will be announced in due course.
