We refer to the Company's announcements dated 21 February 2023 and 3 March 2023 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 8 March 2023, approved the listing and quotation of up to 131,999,790 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, subject to the following conditions:

(i) Focus Point and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;

(ii) Focus Point is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting approving the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;

(iii) Focus Point and RHB Investment Bank are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;

(iv) Focus Point is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares is completed; and

(v) Focus Point and RHB Investment Bank are required to make the relevant announcements in accordance with Paragraphs 6.35(2)(a)&(b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements.
