The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of Focus Point on the following proposals:-
(1) Proposed Renewal of RRPT Mandate. (2) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Mandate.
