We refer to the Company's announcements dated 21 February 2023, 3 March 2023, 9 March 2023, 17 March 2023, 4 April 2023 and 5 April 2023 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 131,999,564 Focus Point Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 20 April 2023, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date on 19 April 2023.
Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be RM40,096,000 comprising 461,999,041 Focus Point Shares.
