Reference is made to the Company's announcements made on 28 February 2024, 23 May 2024 and 22 August 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU"):- 1. MOU entered into between Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and ISEC Sdn Bhd There has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly. 2. MOU entered into between Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Perbadanan Nasional Berhad There has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly.
