We refer to the announcements dated 17 March 2025, 19 March 2025, 21 April 2025 and 3 June 2025 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 11 June 2025, resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 153,999,680 new Focus Point Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares is subject to the following conditions:-

1. Focus Point and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;
2. Focus Point is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders at the EGM approving the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;
3. Focus Point and UOBKH are required to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares;
4. Focus Point is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares is completed; and
5. Focus Point and UOBKH are required to make the relevant announcements in accordance with Paragraphs 6.35(2)(a) & (b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements.
