Bonus issue of up to 153,999,680 new ordinary shares in Focus Point Holdings Berhad ("Focus Point") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 3 existing ordinary shares in Focus Point held by the shareholders of Focus Point at 5.00 p.m. on 15 August 2025 ("Entitlement Date")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 14 Aug 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 15 Aug 2025
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
          a) Selling Broker to deduct <1/4>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct <25.00%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/4>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: 

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 15 Aug 2025 with bonus issue of FOCUSP shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive FOCUSP bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his FOCUSP shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (14 Aug 2025).

For example, if Mr X purchases 300 FOCUSP shares on cum basis on 13 Aug 2025, Mr X should receive 300 shares on 15 Aug 2025. As a result of the bonus issue, an additional of 100 FOCUSP shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 15 Aug 2025 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 400 FOCUSP shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 14 Aug 2025 onwards.

Remarks 2: 

The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 18 August 2025, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.

The share registrar of Focus Point will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to all the entitled shareholders of Focus Point no later than 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
