The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Third Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Focus Point on the following proposals:-

  1. Proposed Renewal of the Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate"); and
  2. Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendments")

A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with Company's Annual Report in due course.

Whilst the details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Company's Annual Report 2011.
