The Board of Directors of Focus Point Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Third Annual General Meeting ("3rd AGM") of the Company will be held at Greens III Ballroom, Sport Wing, Tropicana Golf & Country Club, Jalan Kelab Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Wednesday, 20 June 2012 at 10.00 a.m. A copy of the notice of the 3rd AGM is attached.

Please note that the Notice of the 3rd AGM will be advertised in "The New Straits Times" on 29 May 2012.
