The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fourth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Focus Point on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Existing Recurrent Related Party Transactions and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Additional Recurrent Related Pary Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholoders' Mandate"). A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with Company's Annual Report in due course. |
