The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that Multiple Reward Sdn Bhd (“MRSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 25 June 2013 acquired one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 in Original Reward Sdn Bhd (“ORSB”) (“ORSB Share”) from Norhayati Binti Mohd Marsuki, representing 50% of the then total paid-up share capital of ORSB for a cash consideration of RM1.00. Concurrently, Ong Hung Heng (“OHH”) acquired the other one (1) ORSB Share from Lina Faridah Binti Herman, representing 50% of the then issued and paid-up share capital of ORSB for a cash consideration of RM1.00. Details are set out in Column A of the table below.

Subsequently on 26 June 2013, MRSB, OHH and Lim Kim Sow (“LKS”) subscribed for a total of 1,998 new ORSB Shares for a cash consideration of RM1.00 per ORSB Share as detailed in Column B in the table below, thereby increasing the issued and paid-up share capital of ORSB from RM2.00 comprising two (2) ORSB Shares to RM2,000.00 comprising 2,000 ORSB Shares. The following table sets out the shareholders as well as changes in the shareholdings of ORSB from 25 June 2013 up to the date of this announcement: 

 Arising therefrom, ORSB is currently a 51%-owned subsidiary of MRSB. As at the date of this announcement, the directors of ORSB are Dato’ Liaw Choon Liang, Datin Goh Poi Eong, OHH and LKS.

ORSB has an authorized capital of RM100,000.00 comprising 100,000 ORSB Shares and is currently dormant.
