The Board of Directors of Focus Point (“Board”) wishes to inform that the Company’s Sponsor, RHB Investment Bank Berhad has completed their tenure as Sponsor of the Company on 31 December 2013 and accordingly, has ceased to be the Company’s Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2014. The Board also wishes to announce that the Company will not be renewing its Sponsorship with RHB Investment Bank Berhad and will not be appointing another Sponsor.

Notwithstanding this, the Company has fulfilled the requirement under Rule 3.21(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) for the ACE Market which requires a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities to secure and maintain the services of a Sponsor for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
