She has vast local and international experience in Asia, in both developed and emerging markets which covers start-ups in China, India, Vietnam. She has also worked regionally in locations including Hong Kong, Indonesia, Maldives, Singapore and the Philippines.
Her core expertise covers partnering business leaders in setting-up new offices, information technology shops, sale and acquisition of businesses. She has extensive experience in human resources transformation, which includes setting-up human resources departments, shared services practice as well as human resources & information technology outsourcing.
