The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Seventh Annual General Meeting of Focus Point on the following proposals:- (1) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate (2) Proposed Amendments to the Articles of Association of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report in due course. The details of the Proposed Amendments which will be contained in the Annual Report 2015 will be despatched to shareholders in due course. |
