The Board of Directors of Focus Point wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Tenth Annual General Meeting of Focus Point on the following proposal:-
(1) Proposed Shareholders' Mandate.
(2) Proposed Alteration.
A circular to shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate and the New Constitution as set out in the Annexure A of the 2018 Annual Report will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's Annual Report in due course.
