The Board of Directors of Focus Point Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has adopted a dividend payout policy of not less than 30% of its consolidated profit after tax (“PAT”) with effect from the financial year ending 31 December 2019.

The Company’s dividend policy of paying out 30% of PAT, is subject to: -

(a) Availability and adequacy of distributable reserves;

(b) Cash flow requirement and financing commitments; and

(c) Projected level of capital expenditure and investment plans.
