Bonus issue of up to 55,000,000 new ordinary shares in Focus Point Holdings Berhad ("Focus Point Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 3 existing Focus Point Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 September 2019 ("Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Issue").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex-Bonus Issue” as from: 30 Aug 2019
2)    The last date of lodgment : 3 Sep 2019
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
        a)    Selling Broker to deduct <1/4>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
        b)    Buying Broker to deduct <25%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
        c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/4>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: "Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 3 September 2019 with bonus issue of FOCUSP shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive FOCUSP bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his FOCUSP shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date  (30 August 2019).

For example, if Mr X purchases 300 FOCUSP shares on cum basis on 29 August 2019, Mr X should receive 300 shares on 3 September 2019. As a result of the bonus issue, a total of 400 FOCUSP shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 3 September 2019 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 400 on or after the Ex-Date ie from 30 August 2019 onwards".

Remarks 2:-  The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 4 September 2019 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. The share registrar of Focus Point will issue and despatch notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of Focus Point not later than 4 market days after the Listing Date.
