Reference is made to the announcements dated 30 November 2020, 2 December 2020 and 19 January 2021 in relation to the Bonus Issue.
On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that 109,999,743 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 5 February 2021.
Following the above, Focus Point will have an enlarged total number of 329,999,477 issued ordinary shares.
